Today my favorite vender at the Forest Grove Farmer’s Market suggested I try squash blossom and Epazote enchiladas. I am so excited and nervous. Last year he got me into baby tomatillo and I loved them! I will let you know how it works out. I would like to try the primal tortilla recipe.
