They sat opposite each other, looking up every so often and meeting the other’s gaze; bright and dark, before looking back at the amber liquid before them.  The condensation dripped down the glasses forming a small pool on the table.  She stared at it distractedly, her heart hammering in her chest, even now. 

This was…madness.  Chaos.  Destruction.  Power.  Lust.  Need.  Want.

This was love.

And she hated it.
