little inside goss from my nurse mother: once you’re all grown up and producing babies like a factory worker, be very alarmed if FLK appears on your child’s chart. it’s not some dire disease … it stands for Funny Looking Kid. nothing medically wrong with it, but just an aesthetically unappealing creature. well done.
I have two outside cats. One is named Paul, which you guys see me posting pictures of him all the time, and the other is, well, I don’t know. It comes and goes, but is too shy for me to pet. I call it mine anyways. So, Paul has FLK(Feline Leukemia) and cannot be around my inside cats. He meets me at my gate every single time I get home. He runs up to me, meows and lays on the ground for me to rub his belly. Paul then walks with me to my front door to try and get in, but sadly enough, I cannot let him be around my inside cats. I COULD give him his own food, litter box and such, but I don’t want to keep him confined to one room. He has his continuous feeder and water bowl outside also. I give him a can of wet food a few times a week, along with my inside cats. Basically, it’s going to kill me when/if it starts to get cold. I don’t like seeing outside cats, but there is not a lot I can really do. He is the sweetest cat ever and it makes me so sad. He opens my screen door and sleeps in between both doors, so when I go outside in the morning, he can see me. It makes me so sad.

Feasting Like Kings || Elliot & Josie
Josie tried to move quickly. She slid around the kitchen floors, running back and forth between the cupboards and the fridge. She had taken out two glasses for the milk and one plate for the Oreos she had promised Elliot. She filled the glasses to the brim with milk, and piled the plate high with the treats. Then, she managed to hold everything evenly in her hands, and started to walk towards Elliot’s room. Josie was glad to be spending some time with Elliot, he seemed like a sweetheart. They had shared a few conversations, but hadn’t really found the time to sit down.
She had never been to the boy’s room before, and so she had to take her time figuring out where he was. Hoping that she wouldn’t miss too much of the next Harry Potter film, she made her way down the hallway carefully. When she found Elliot’s room, she gently tapped on his door, hoping that the cookies wouldn’t be unsettled. ”Elliot!” She called, “I really hope I got your room right.” She laughed.
