Just a note.. I’ve started/will start logging WODs with Fitocracy again. It’s easier to track and maybe observe progress?
As such, this space may be used for less fitness-y stuff than it has been in the past (forever). Reasons?
- I can get way too caught up in it. And that can sometimes leave me feeling like crap about myself or extremely shallow.
- I don’t want to compete with anyone but myself.
- Honestly? It’s kind of boring. Even to me.
- I don’t want to fall into the trap of being so focused on a life of fitness that I forget to.. you know.. live.
I’ll still post stuff about my workouts and recipes and stuff, but just realize it’s probably not going to be the focus of this blog anymore. For now anyway. So if you’re just following me because I’m a fitblr (<—-puke), I promise I won’t be offended if you throw deuces.
