Fili/Kili: Fic rec list

So, uh, I never do these kind of things but nora’s thorki rec list inspired me to do this one. Besides, I can also have a better organization in which fics I’ve already read. I’ll be, hopefully, updating this every time I can.

agression | (word count: 1931) | Some rude, drunk man aggressively hits on Fili in a human bar within hearing-shot of Kili. Fili’s all firm smiles and stiff shoulders and neutral tone, but Kili - Kili’s blood runs hotter than his brother.

and all the cuts hereafter | (word count: 1793) | “I want him to be happy, whatever that takes.” Even if that means Fili’s heart breaking.

behind green eyes | (word count: 6462) | Fili knows his brother loves him. But sometimes, the love of a brother isn’t enough. Fili becomes jealous of the attention Kili favors on their friend.

brothers be | (word count: 5009) | Fili and Kili hate each other with a passion and fight constantly as a result. Thorin, annoyed at their stupidity sends the brothers on a task with the hope that they will solve their issues.

He doesn’t want to be a burden, or be pushed from the company—he’s the heir after Thorin, he has to make a name for himself, he has to continue on, as it is his burden Of course Kili finds out, and tries to help him out with it.

songs for the road | (words: 45250) | In which Fíli and Kíli’s brotherly closeness is really pushing the concept of ‘brotherly’. Or at least that’s what just about everyone - themselves excluded - believes. But then it all spirals out of control.

the world is ahead (but tonight we rest) | (word count: 1303) | The Dwarves settle in for the night at Bag End. In which Thorin is long suffering, Kili is a devious brat and Fili isn’t quite sure why he puts up with him.
