Long weekend ahead!
23th of February: On this very day next month, we will be marching down the aisle and bowing before a huge crowd with our diplomas clutched in our hands.

Looking forward to this 2-days-extra-weekend! At last! More time to study plus more time with my baby!
Though I am excited for this “Long Weekend” of ours, we still have our Sunday Review tomorrow. Thus, it still ruins my long weekend. I need to review and study or just read a little. Hahaha.
EDSA holiday on Monday, Dia de Zamboanga on Tuesday, and No NCM class on Wednesday. Extended weekends right? We still don’t have plans yet, but I am pretty sure I spent the two days holiday with my one and only love! :)
I can’t believe that time flies so fast! We’ll be celebrating our 26th Monthsary in 5 days! Too bad I can’t be with Amado cause he’ll be out of town for their Convention thing-y with some co-IT instructors on the 1st and 2nd of March. Which means, we can’t celebrate on the exact day of our two-days-Monthsary. Anyway, he promised to make up for it as soon as he’ll be back. :)

Good news overload!

All efforts are paid off!
This smile shows that I am really happy right now — I am happy because feel blessed and I got some good news! :)

Today marks the last day of our classes in our Majors! Since we’ll have our two days holiday next week – EDSA and Dia de Zamboanga, our teachers already gave us topics to study for our final exam on the first week of March. This is our last chance to make an effort and show that we deserve to graduate! Though we still have our last meeting on Wednesday for our only Minor subject, I still include Wednesday as a holiday too!
Moving on.. I am in the midst of happiness right now. The partial list of candidates for graduation is now posted and of course, my name is there! I am expecting for it! If you guys are following me on instagram or twitter, I took a picture of my name immediately and uploaded it! Just follow me – instagram: crzysh and twitter: crazYesha.
Anyway, another good news is that, PAASCU Visit thing-y that the College of Nursing been preparing for nth months was cancelled. Due to the typhoon that hit Mindanao, but as you can see, our place is not affected. It is also a good news because we’re still accredited. Yey for that!! Haha. I don’t need to wake up super early and go to school early tomorrow just to show to the PAASCU visitors that we’re punctual. Haha.
Last thing! I also started my jogging plans this day! I was supposed to start it yesterday but because of the heavy rain, it was cancelled. I was shocked when Amado told me that he’ll accompany me. I was telling him that I can go alone and there’s no need to worry but then he still insisted to go along with me. He even fetched me here at home and drove me back home. He is really making me a spoiled brat! ;)

Above all the good news and blessing, I am really thankful to Allah that He never fails to guide me. I know I haven’t done my part yet, but this time I’ll make sure that all His blessings are not going into waste. ♥
Tips to Lose Weight

A lot of people, especially my friends and other family members have been asking me how did I lose weight. I used to be really chubby way back in highschool then I went here in Sydney and I started to be really fat. When I turned 18 or 19, I realised that I should start to lose weight, cut down carbs and do exercise before I turn 20.
I’m not dietician or nutritionist, but since a lot have been asking let me share you some of the things that I did to eliminate my fats.

The first thing I did was I enrolled in a gym and of course, exercise! I was a lazy ass before but I realised what are these kicks for? They are meant to be used for running, jogging, work outs and even walking. I had a trainer, and she said to lose my fats, I should start doing some cardio exercises. And so I did. She also told me to cut down on carbs especially rice and instead eat brown bread which I also did.

After I lost about 3-4kg. I started to eat just meat, like only beef, pork, chicken and fish with brown bread only and I rarely eat sweets. But then I want to lose more, so I started not to eat red meat, I started to eat only seafoods, egg and vegetables. (And still don’t eat rice)

And I’m also doing the “after 6”, which I don’t eat after 6pm.
After maybe 6-8months I completely lost 10kg. then I go back in eating chicken. Quit the gym but still I’m doing some simple workouts at home.

I know it will take time to do all of these.

But remember, Patience is a virtue!
I don’t say I’m hot and sexy now, but I could say, I’m fit and healthier now. By the way, I am 62kg before but now I range 48-50kg. :)
PS. DRINK A LOT OF WATER!
My 1st day of February ♥
Its love month! So guys, what are your plans for feb 14th? (: I might as well start planning a surprise for my guy.. Unfortunately, I’ve been very busy lately preparing for the midterms to the extent that I ‘almost’ abandon my new theme (which I’m still working on).
Moving on, after an exhausting physics class my friends and I decided to rest for a few minutes at Johanna’s boarding house. The weather is so freaking hot that we could feel our energy draining as we walk under the heat of the sun. Hit by idleness, we decided to skip our 1pm class and take a rest. When we got totally bored, we thought of letting Ate Mar braid our hairs into different styles! I got mine the reverse french braid, while roxy had hers the fishtail braid, johanna got the waterfall braid and maria (who’s not in the picture since she slept by that time) took the over-the-shoulder braid.

After a fun braiding session we continued with our movie marathon. This week I’ve seen almost ten movies because of these addicted movie lovers. Then finally this day ended with a short visit at grandma’s house.
Can’t wait for what’s in store this February! SPREAD LOVE! ♥ *hugs and kisses*
Doppelgänger
Because it’s doppleganger week daw at kailangan ko daw mag post neto, eto na. Before the week ends..
In fiction and folklore, a doppelgänger is a paranormal double of a living person. It also describes the sensation of having glimpsed oneself in peripheral vision, in a position where there is no chance that it could have been a reflection. (via wikipedia)
(Enough of that Wiki) So that pretty much explains what doppleganger means. Before I thought doppelganger has something to do with ghosts, pero sa The Vampire Diaries kakaiba yung doppelganger.
Okay moving on.. So when I was in Highschool, I used to really have a chubby face because I was fat. And I think that was in 3rd year Highschool, Pinoy Dream Academy was really a popular show and all my classmates were saying that I look like..
Yeng Constantino

Which I don’t think so? But I know, we both have the same round face. There’s nothing wrong with Yeng pero di ko talaga feel na kamukha ko siya, sana mag kasing boses and talented na lang kami, charot!
Then.. I started blogging early 2010 here on Tumblr and around 2011 I started receiving comments and messages that I look like..
Saab Magalona

Who wouldn’t be flattered to receive comments that I look like her? Especially I admire her blogging skills and her fashion.

I guess we look more a lot than I am with Yeng. Now that I lost a bit of pounds, my face is not that round anymore. My friends and most bloggers would tell me whenever I post photos of me they would always thought that I’m her! Echusera kayo! Ang ganda ko naman masyado. Ansaveee! But anyway, thank you for those people! Feeling ko ang ganda ko din talaga! :D

By the way, a friend of mine made this photo long time ago because she always think I look like Saab. Hello Marianne!!:)
So that’s my doppelgangers! Ang swerte nila kahawig nila ako. KAPAL KO! Teehee!
