I’m highly bemused over how crazily everyone is freaking out about this snow storm.

Seriously people,

It’s December.

This is the Midwest.

IT SNOWS HERE SOMETIMES

I COULDN’T PICK JUST ONE.

Biography.

There is a part of the library - larger than the pitiful fiction section - where you can breathe in books about great men.

He sits in dusty sunlight, alone and folded in a corner, a curtain like a great cloak hiding him from playmates who want him to roughhouse with them (because it is always more fun to fight someone smaller than you are).

He turns the pages of lives.

He looks without knowing what for, and doesn’t find it.

Apparently he’s been different even since the beginning of books.

Arthur Darvill or Jimmy Stewart?

As much as I love this guy:

Jimmy Stewart was my first unattainable-handesome-actor-who-I-kinda-creepily-adore love, so I’ll go with him.

dangit Sarah is reading Warbreaker (YAY) and now she’s sending me all these quotes of things Lightsong says and DANGIT SARAH YOU CAN’T DO THIS TO ME I LOVE THE GUY.

everychapterisbetter replied to your photo: I freaking screamed “NO” really loudly at Elantris…

SAMEEEEEEE. Raoden nearly killed me in that book.

It’s actually a little funny in hindsight, because my family was eating dinner at the time—I’d decided not to eat until I’d finished the freaking book, apparently—and so they’re peacefully munching, completely silent, until right the frak out of nowhere I just yelled “NO

For some reason, they all gave me funny looks…

Would you rather date Moriarty or the Master?

Oooooh, I like it! How did you know I have a soft spot for villains?

I think I’d go with Moriarty. I don’t know, that little loser makes me happy in some sick, twisted way.
