My favourite piece of fanart is probably this picture of the Strider-Lalondes by Lazylaz. Sometimes I just get it on screen and then sit there gazing at it worshipfully. I am also hugely fond of this by Tumblr user liberatrix because of the story it makes me want to write, this Sollux/Rose by Tumblr user everking because it’s so fucking gorgeous it makes me want to punch a rhinoceros, this flawless rendering of my OTP by Beth, most of Roach’s illustrations for Hemostuck (particularly The Fisher-Prince), and nearly everything Shelby draws, but let’s take this as a particular favourite. And I still think this sketch of the kids by Tumblr user burdge is probably the closest thing to how I actually imagine them looking in canon.
