Life is Chock Full 'o' Stars
I’m watching the TV series “Life” on Netflix and it’s a parade of familiar faces. Obviously, Brody (Damian Lewis) from Homeland - plus Jane (Robin Weigert) from Deadwood, the dad (Brent Sexton) from The Killing, the lead chick (Sara Shahi) on Fairly Legal, Schmidt from Happy Endings, Alan Arkin, Joan (Christina Hendricks) from Mad Men. And it’s only episode 2. I’m still expecting the man in black (Titus Welliver) from Lost, Garret Dillahunt from Raising Hope, and Gabrielle Union.
Flash Forward
Its basically everyone gets a vision (unless they’d be dead by that time) of the same day in the future. People start wondering if they can change it if its bad, doubt it will really happen if its good. The main ppl are most The FBI guy and his wife who is a doctor, and and some other people they know from work.
The whole why and how and whether it will happen again seems secondary to peoples reactions to what they saw, but i’m only on ep 9
This was the whole planet, it kinda connects everyone, but not always in a good way
People are wondering if there really is free will or if their lives are always gonna go that way, plus some people blame the person for what they saw in the flash forward, even if it hasn’t happened yet.
It’s such a great show, highly recommend it, even if its just one season.
If its a cliffhanger ending, and prob even if it isn’t I’m so reading the book its based on :)
