4 system functions and technical conditions

4. A system function

4. 2 technical conditions

A system adopts Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the management platform of database, carries on save and management of data recording, regard Microsoft VC ++ 6.0 as the software developing platform.

B designs specialized SQL Server script required data list and visit course of application software of automatic generation,etc..

C connects and visits SQL Server database through ODBC interface.

D designs the specialized human-computer interaction interface to carry on the registration, search of data base niformation.

The designs of 5 databases

5.1 Relation between every entity in the data base system

An open system should be able to meet the requirement for interoperability. The interface design of communication should follow international standard [2 ], open agreement. So the design of the communication system has consulted ISO/OSI reference model, as the foundation by low 3 layers of ISO reference model of 7 floors, adopt physical layer, sublayer of media access control and basic norm on sublayer of logical link control and user level defined of the reference model LAN-RM of the local area network [3 ], make every effort to meet open system equipment and interoperability requirement for the software.

7 system maintenance is designed

There are specialized human-computer interaction interfaces in system design, run the administrative staff can facilitate the appointed sense channel and connect the electric energy meter on the appointed passway. The software disposes the communication parameter of reading the ammeter in the database since communication automatically, load the communication protocol packet from the stipulations storehouse, communicate and read the data information that the ammeter is gathered and produced with the ammeter automatically, including: Dial plate value of electric energy, instant quantity, demand, working condition of the ammeter and load curve information,etc., and adopt the ocular GUI to integrate and reveal relevant data information, judge whether the communication function of the ammeter is normal, produce the communication of the ammeter and dispose and measure the result report with the communication function.

8 conclusions

The communication of the pass electric energy meter stated herein is disposed and measured and will be used in the electric energy of power supply bureau of Shaanxi Province to measure the charge system with the supervising system soon. This software can raise reliability and communication efficiency of the system greatly, have higher use value and popularize application prospect.
