Egg White Omelet Recipe Post~

I’ve always wanted to do one of these. So…

I just made a single omelet~

Cut the bacon up with scissors prior to frying.

So much fucking fat. Omg drain that shit.

I only like bacon when it’s super crispy and nearly burnt. And dry as fuck.

Two egg whites whisked with salt and pepper; normally I like to beat them in an electric mixer until stiff peaks are formed. But, I didn’t feel like it. I tried something new, and added a dollop of sour cream for extra… creaminess~

Avocado, roma tomato and cheddar/jack cheese. I used half of a tomato in the omelet and snacked on the other half~

I should have whisked the egg whites for a longer period of time; I always use cooking spray for eggs and whatnot.

image

It always freaks me out how quickly egg whites cook.

Broke it in one spot. I was really fucking pissed.

Plated and drenched in tabasco. It was fucking delicious.

Day 4: Morning!

Breakfast was rushed and way earlier than I prefer. Who’s hungry at 7am?! Not me. I’m in the office today, so had to prepare meals 2 (satsuma, almonds) and 3 (tuna salad + green tea banana smoothie) in advance.

Meal 1: 1/2 cup egg whites, 2 mushrooms, 1/2 cup spinach, 2 tomoatoes, half spring onion, TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt.

One good thing about being in the office- good quality coffe!
