  • I have an eating disorder: and I don't want you to have one too.

there is never a right time to recover. you will always keep putting it off if you’re searching for the perfect time. eventually, you have to let go of all the rules and just dive in head first. maybe it will be messy or sloppy or inconvenient, but it will be worth it.

I hate it when you call yourself fat and someone bigger than you says “oh are you calling me fat then?” I DIDN’T SAY YOU WERE FAT DID I

I’m finally making the full plunge into recovery =]

Note to self

  • eating is strong
  • eating a meal when you’re tempted to skip it is strong
  • purging is not strong
  • restricting is not strong
  • you don’t need to purge after eating a normal meal even if you weren’t feeling exactly “hungry” in the first place
  • you don’t need to purge after bingeing
  • you don’t need to purge after treating yourself
  • eating is strong
