my favorite sets at dude fest in order from best:
- failures (best live band i’ve ever seen award)
- arab on radar (most fucked up live band award)
- vaccine (most mosh by me at the fest award)
- weekend nachos (getting the most hurt during a set award)
- pollution (noisiest band award)
- municipal waste (radical awesome headband award)
- mammoth grinder (sludgiest band award)
- suis la lune (beautifulest band award)
- capsule (most improved band award)
trap them was by far the worst, followed by landmine marathon. the rest of the sets fall in between…they weren’t bad and they weren’t really that good either. black arrows of filth and impurity gets the best band name award though! :)

The Rest: Trap Them receives the groan inducing worst band award. Landmine Marathon gets the I literally fell asleep award. Get Rad recieves the most merch I recieved award. Capsule recieves the so loud i couldnt even distinguish notes so i cant say i liked or disliked it award. John Menchaca recieves the best 90’s mix award. Other bands recieve the not worth mentioning award. Greg gets the best haircut award.
