Why is everyone freaking out and getting so offended? Jesus.
My favorite part of all the Klaine moments, is when Kurt said “You’re still my best friend.” There’s something painfully romantic about two people being best friends first and lovers second. And honestly, I think that’s why Kurt and Blaine are able to fix what happened between them.
If they weren’t best friends first, once that romantic connection was broken and frayed after Blaine’s infidelity, it would have been so much harder to mend it. But because they still had that bond of still wanting to be in each other’s lives, wanting to see the other one happy no matter what, still wanting to spend time together, they were able to rebuild. If their relationship was all about being boyfriends and lovers, once that was gone, they wouldn’t have had anything left.
I love that Kurt called Blaine his best friend. He’s saying even without the sex and kissing and holding hands, he still cares for Blaine and they still have a relationship. I can’t even express to you how important that is.
Annoyed, so I am going to disappear into the world of Doctor Who while I can before my family drives me insane.
While I am here for the moment, however, I just want to give a shout out to my friend who is having a tough time. Don’t give up, sweetie. Ever. And even though you feel like no one loves you, remember that I love you and if you ever need anything, let me know, ok?
