Paris-NY

One of the best bakeries in the city, Dominique Ansel does his version of the traditional bakery window treat, the Paris-Brest.  His delectable Paris-NY, is a rich choux dough filled with a chocolate, peanut butter custard buttercream filling topped with a buttery caramel glaze, lightly salted cinnamon coated crunchy peanuts and smooth peanut butter chips.
