Let me clarify even more:
HIS LIPS ARE TOUCHING THE BOTTLE THAT GRANTAIRE HAS BEEN CONSTANTLY DRINKING FROM. IT’S PROBABLY THE CLOSEST WE’VE EVER GOTTEN TO A KISS BETWEEN THESE TWO.
