My dad was an alcoholic, had schizophrenia, was bi-polar, always arguing with my brother, caused a lot of problems, nearly shot my brother with a shot gun, held my mom at gun-point in their bedroom, then left on day, and killed himself while surrounded by cops. That was 2007. My mom still cries because she misses him. I listed his *bad* traits, to show that even when you think you're horrible and no one will miss you, they will. My dad's last words to me? 'I love you.'
