I think peach is a really pretty color because it compliments any skin color. It looks fresh, vibrant and happy so it will also bring you good aura when you wear it. Agree?

I was privileged enough to receive this invite from Ms. Alexis of Lancome Philippines regarding the launch of their renovated counter in Rustan’s Shangri-La last June 16. Lancome is a very prestigious brand and I’m so excited what their strongest counter in the country has to offer. So let me share with you too what happened that day.
Here’s a view of Lancome’s glamorous counter with the invited beauty bloggers who are waiting for the ribbon-cutting.

Now it’s time for the ribbon-cutting with Lancome’s and Rustan’s executives.
The first thing that you will notice in their counter is this LCD screen showing short clips about their products.
Here are some Macarons for the guests! Ahh everything is so cute! :)
To launch their new product Rouge in Love lipstick, here’s a mini game where you can pick the perfect color for you.
Rouge in Love lipstick offers a variety of colors that will match your mood and personality. They are even categorized into different times of the day from lighter shades for lunch dates to deeper shades for night outs and gimiks.
On the left side of the counter, you will see these stunning displays of Lancome’s prime skin care products. The gold motif of the area is just so stunning!
Another one of their newest products is the Absolue L’Extrait, a miracle elixir that contains Lancome rose stem cells. It is very special because the Lancome rose only blooms once a year. This premium product sells Php20,000 per 50ml jar in the Philippines. Wow! It must really be effective!
On the right side is the perfume bar. You can see Emma Watson’s photo everywhere as she is the newest face of Lancome. Being an icon of our generation, Emma Watson represents the brand so well.
And yes here’s more make-up for customers to try on.
Lancome’s skin care range is located at the center of the counter.

And let me just share with you what I wore in the event. I thought of wearing something comfortable, so I just pulled my favorite pair of jeans and paired it with some playful pieces in my wardrobe.
