Cucumber Salsa

This is mostly for my reference because this salsa is the shit, and I wanna remember what I did, so yay!

1 Cucumber

2 Small-ish Roma tomatoes 

1/2 of a large white onion

1 small lime

1 medium clove of garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Chop cucumber into slices, then into quarters, repeat with tomato and onion. Toss in a bowl and add salt and pepper as you see fit. Add lime, cover, shake, and try not to devour in one sitting.
