I recently had a chance to try some McDavid True Compression Leg Sleeves. I’ve worn compression socks and sleeves before and found that they helped me to run faster in workouts and in races. Compression sleeves can also help you recover faster after tough workouts.

McDavid is best known for designing and developing the first widely used lateral protective knee brace for football players in 1969. The CEP sleeves are so tight that they can be a struggle to get on or off. The McDavid sleeves are made of a smooth Hydravent nylon/spandex material that wicks moisture away from the skin to keep you cool and dry.
