Bulky much?

Guys, I have the most schmoe-tastic video for you. I trained legs about 18 hours ago and they’re still really pumped. I don’t know how that’s even medically possible and why I haven’t died by leg explosion yet. Still not sore from all those squats. DOMS will be kicking in within the next 5 hours. I can pretty much set my watch to how long it takes for muscle soreness to show up.

I took this video this morning so that I’d have something for comparison purposes a couple months down the road. I’m maintaining 148lbs bodyweight.




Anyway, keep it PG, Tumblr. I won’t lift you, carry you, scissor you &etc. Things like that will get you blocked.
