God doesn’t love perfect people. He never came to Earth to minister to the people who had it all together, nor did he shed blood just for the wealthy and the popular.
No, God came for the broken. The losers. The sick and the lost. He came for the poorest of the poor and those in need. He came for the weak and the lowly and every kind of person whom we often label as ‘unfit’ or ‘undeserving’ of our attention and concern.
He came to heal, to bring comfort…to tell us that there is HOPE and that there is so much more to life than what we face everyday. He came to take us out of the dark and share the joy of living in truth.
God loves the people who we judge everyday.
Every time you come at the feet of Jesus, stop thinking that you aren’t worth it. Nobody deserves Jesus. Not even the pastors or the evangelists on TV. God WANTS us because we’re His kids.
GOD WANTS US. Every day, every second, every moment. God sees the flaws we try to cover up each day and still, He wants to embrace us tightly. We just have to stop thinking that the efforts we do will make us more deserving of His love.
So
I’m generally a person who doesn’t mind being single. I have been single pretty much my whole life. I have never been in a relationship. Not even a fling. I’ve never even kissed a guy. And I’ve been perfectly fine with that. I have a lot of friends and I do stuff with them frequently. I am good at being social in school and I keep in touch with my family at home. I’m not one of those people who say they’re “forever alone.” I think that you have to try pretty hard to be truly forever alone.
However, recently I began feeling really down about my singularity and I really want to have someone who means something to me. And I know this is how a lot of people feel everyday. I have this deep longing for something that, frankly, I sometimes feel like I’ll never have. I start to get really down on myself and start thinking “maybe you’re too fat” or “maybe it’s your personality” or “maybe your face is just busted.” This isn’t true though. I realize that IMMEDIATELY after I say it to myself that I am someone of worth and I know that I matter and I WILL matter to the right person when he decides to show his late-ass face.
I only allow myself one sappy post in a great while. At least a month. I feel like if I do any more than that, people will start to think that I’m a whiny teenager.
So that’s all I had on my mind today. Better do some homework :)

Inspiring right? This song made a big change to me particularly to my religious beliefs. Since I’m not an active church-goers every Sunday I know that I need to know more about Jesus. About His life and how he endured the pains and sufferings through His life. You know, in my entire life I always think that when a person made a mistake God’s love will be lessen and lessen as that person continues to disappointment and disobey God. But I was wrong, in the part “Just run into His arms no matter what you’ve done”. No matter what I’ve done God is just there watching for me. God is just there guiding upon me whatever I do, wherever I go and whenever He will just stay beside me.
He did not come to raise the living or touch the eyes of those who see.
It was for the bitter and burned-out.
It was for the unforgivable.
It was for the failure, standing on the bridge, because the guilt’s too high a price to pay to live.
We all lose faith and lean on mercy.
And through our darkest night He said He’d wait for us.
