Jennablr is about half my age (20), beautiful, and totally fearless. She is unafraid of zipping down several levels of a parking deck, or of skating at night in places with nice big “no skating” signs.
We ate a lot of gnats, but it was lovely to skate outside at night, watching the lights of the city over the waters of the park, doing stuff that I normally wouldn’t do at this age. (Until we were kicked out by the park dude.)
Wet parking decks are fun yet terrifying. I still need to overcome my fear of going downhill fast. And I need to tighten my trucks. Thanks Jennablr, that was a lot of fun — wish you were staying around, we could build a crew. ^.^
