In Memoriam: Harris Savides, ASC

Director of photography Harris Savides passed away in New York today at 55. His short 15-year career working in both film and digital formats — in which he revolutionized the depiction of physical spaces and the individuals who inhabit them — produced some of my favorite images in modern cinema.
