I actually heard about this on the radio today, about how people really wanted coupons back at JCP! Bizarre.
well, I get why people would want coupons, because coupons are nice, but when I have personally explained to customers, hey, we don’t have many coupons any more, but the prices we have every day are lower than they were on the old coupon-a-week system, they almost always mumble “but… i want… the coupons…” in a vague, desperate sort of way
as though there is only one kind of financial responsibility they know, and it is Using A Coupon, That Is How You Spend Less, It Is The Only Way
