Disturbing content at the link and in the quote… [child pornography, sexual abuse by a step-father]

Redditors Stand Up to Gawker to Protect Child Pornography

Reddit has blocked Gawker from several of its threads in order to protect “a prominent member of Reddit’s community, Violentacrez,” who started the /r/picsofdeadchildren and /r/jailbait sections. Yesterday Violentacrez deleted his account because Gawker’s resident Reddit reporter Adrian Chen is intending to run an expose with his “real name and picture,” according to a post on Reddit announcing the ban. Chen had mentioned Violentacrez in his post “Reddit’s Child Porn Scandal,” where describes the user as a “50-something Texas software engineer who openly brags about having oral sex with his 19-year-old step-daughter.” Because of that “pursuit to harrass and, allegedly, blackmail reddit moderators with public release of photos and personal information,” some subsections have punished the entire Gawker network disallowing any of their links.

It’s interesting that women and girls get lectured about not sexting/posting sexy-sexual photos of themselves anywhere, divulging too much personal information on the Internet, etc., and that Redditors will use these misguided social narratives to justify punishing women for existing publicly and/or expressing themselves sexually… because while many dudes (and especially the average Redditor) laugh at women and girls who think they should be able to go outside without worrying about a grown man - or an authority figure - taking an upskirt photo of them, or attack women and girls who are upset about being doxxed (usually with naked pictures attached) for being stupid enough to let it happen in the first place, they sure care a lot about a man’s right to privacy. Even when that man admits to sexually abusing his step-daughter.

Anyway, good for Adrian Chen. I’m glad he’s doing this.

hope you have a miserable and meaningless life, male scum

Between Wordpress and this Tumblr, I’ve had tons of people finding me because they’re looking for Amanda Todd’s nude pictures (among all the other usual disgusting searches, like “underage nude pics tumblr” or “torture rape”).

This is what I have to say to that lot: Fuck you all. You make me sick and I hope you rot in hell.

Teenagers are not children.

Fuck it pisses me off when people refer to someone having sex with a 16 year old as a pedophile. Or a video of a 17 year old and a 15 year old having sex as child pornography.

This is a very scary line of thought because it changes the meanings in the mass populace’s mind about “pedophiles” and “child pornography” so that when these things are mentioned the first thing that comes to mind is the cases we’ve heard about frequently: lustfilled teenagers. Not prepubescent children who are being molested as it should mean.

This is demonizing teenage sexuality which I am sure frustrates the hell out of teenagers who wonder why “nobody wants them” at the same time as erasing the stories of actual pedophiles and child molesters and child pornographers.

Stop it. Stop calling that 16 year old a child she (because they rarely refer to teenage boys as children… fucking double standards) is not a child and in fact, not even that long ago, was considered an adult who was about to start a family.

This whole stretching of childhood until who knows where it’s at now is, in my opinion, a very harmful tactic to stunt intellectual growth in humanity and lower productivity. I have seen cases of men in their 50’s flirt with women in their early 20’s be treated as if they were sick and wrong and trying to pick up a child.

What the fuck is wrong with so many people?

Child pornography generates $3 billion annually

LOL @ Michael Brutsch.

So basically, this fool, who spends his time photographing non-consensual creepshots of underaged girls, is crying about his privacy being invaded?

That’s the thing with entitled white guys.

When they are the ones victimizing others, it’s “freedom of expression.” But when someone else dares to call them out on their shit, it’s suddenly, “Waahhh! Invasion of privacy! I am the victim!”

If you can’t handle the heat, stay out of the kitchen.

Which, by the looks of the photo, Mr. Brutsch can’t seem to do because holy shit, how many chins is that.

I’m sure they don’t care but do the 15 year old girls on tumblr who post topless and naked photos of themselves realize that that is child pornography?

I generally assoicate Anonymous with griefing, or pulling online stunts just to piss people off, so this is an interesting change. I know they went after the banks post-Wikileaks and have done similar things before, but this is a very specific, coordinated, and targeted campaign. It looks like it might also have been a small subgroup of Anonymous who took up this task and spread the workload. (Versus something like the retaliation on the banks which seems to have been distributed in scope rather immediately.)

Ah, apparently the other account that needs to be reported, blocked, and like...removed from the face of the planet is @mmv_66

MAJOR TRIGGER WARNING

Because child pornography=hell to the no.

Do not, I repeat do NOT go try to view anything on that account. It is pure evil.
