Grilled Chicken & Pineapple Kebabs with Yogurt Dill Dipping Sauce
Grilled free-range chicken and pineapple kebabs; yogurt dill dipping sauce; a few bite-size whole wheat pita slices; pitted cherries; golden delicious apple slices
The yogurt dipping sauce simply has low-fat plain yogurt, a small amount of cumin and a little fresh dill from our garden. Generally speaking, the Little Ladies aren’t very adventurous when it comes to dipping sauces (they have a steady repertoire of maybe 4 healthy dips they enjoy), but they stand a chance of at least trying something if it’s there.
