In light of yesterday's events in Boston
I’m on the lookout for a suitable charity to donate to that will go toward helping the city and the victims. It’s early yet so not many have been set up, and I’m a little leery of the ones that have. It might end up just being a Boston area charity, I don’t know.
Nick O’Flaherty especially is a character that has always felt real to me, that I’ve loved since I put him on a page. So I’ve decided once the Nick/Kelly novella comes out, I’m going to donate half of my profits from the sales of that novella. Half the pairing is from Boston, so half should go to helping his city.
segunda mana charity store
i was in a mall when i stumble upon a store called segunda mana. it is a charity store which sells various of products which are donations from different groups, associations, businesses, small enterprise and/or private individuals at a very low price. however, from the name of the store itself, segunda mana, some stuffs there are used or second hand but there are some stuffs also which are new like photo albums (donated by SM),bags, wallets, ladies accessories, homemade soaps etc. i think its all fine though coz your money goes for a cause. you are getting something from well, giving. isn’t that good?

they are also accepting donations from everyone. clothes, shoes, toys, furniture, accessories, kitchen wares, books, anything! im not talking about trash or junk things here ha? of course something usable and functional pa din. for bulk donations they may have it picked up from your home just give them your address and for not as much of, we may take it to their different store branches.
of course i wasn’t clear about everything di ba? so here’s their site for all of your questions and more accurate details. hehe
