LeechBlock is a nice little add-on for FireFox that, for a while, I didn’t use.
Lately, I’ve found myself using Tumblr and Facebook (the games, really) as a crutch when I’m bored or blocked. I’m a creature of habit. Once it sticks, it’s a tough nugget to break. So I finally started to use LeechBlock - something I wanted to test a while ago - and it’s doing the trick. I left it open so I can kill it when I need to post a comic update here or write to my comic’s Fanpage. I set it to block stuff between 5pm and 11pm damn near every day and it beats the alternative - killing my ‘Net connection completely.
Did I mention you can use goofy pics as the image you see when a site is blocked? ‘Cause yeah. You can use the web address of your choice to block things… like a pic of Bats telling you to work on your art or Shockwave telling you to get back to work. = )
i dont use missing e, and ive been able to copy/paste the reply into a text post and answer that way.
I did that for the last one but missing e (and apparently XKit) let me reply with a trail that links back to the initial post. It let’s me be relatively to-the-point with my replies while giving others the chance to easily follow along at home without digging through my… “interesting” Tumblr page.
