THRIVE Fuses Fashion With Technology With Its Fall 2011 Lookbook

THRIVE, one of our lines to watch, brings us the innovative designs we love once again with its new lookbook for Fall 2011. The technology-inspired brand gives us a peep of what’s to come in Fall 2011 with structured shapes, leather dresses and sequins. THRIVE mixes tailored silhouettes and controlled outerwear with draped dresses and separates with silks, wools and lambskin conjuring up a tough, feminine appeal with a downtown vibe.

A silk dusty rose long-sleeved top with strong, pointed shoulders and pleating adds serious edge to a black pencil skirt. A flirty dusty rose silk dress is rebelled up with a leather asymmetrical motocross jacket. The black sequined blazer jacket is our favorite for a day-to-night transition.

The Fall 2011 collection works perfectly with THRIVE’s Spring 2011 jewelry collection called Bits & Bites - a mixture of wood, copper wiring and keyboard pieces. The colors of the raw materials contrast well with the deep blacks and sandy neutrals.
