question about the brakiri day of the dead stuff (specifically for our all fall down!verse)
how much do the people who come back rememberabout their time back in the world of the living? like it’s established that once they come back that night, they remember everything about their lives and how they died, but once they leave, do they remember that they came back? do they remember their conversations with the people they visited?
specifically i’m asking because i’m writing nu!lizzie/nu!zoe and i’m trying to figure out if reincarnated zoe remembers that when she died the first time she came back and talked to elizabeth and then left and … floated around in limbo until she was born again as falenn and got her memories back?
she’ll either think we’re adorable or complete freaks. probably both tbh. i haven’t seen us lose our collective shit (to this extent anyway) in a looooong time. possibly since you guys first came up with the au?

Yep. It’s probably really terrible (I tried testing it by playing against myself and let me tell you, four-player B5 Risk solo is an endeavor) and I haven’t made the cards/board any more official than Post-Its, but we should get at least thirty minutes of entertainment out of it.

Oof. Woke up feeling like I was going to vomit. Can’t remember the last time I was actually sick. Fortunately I didn’t, but now I know not to try to eat two dishes at Sakura at 1:30 in the morning.
Also, wtf was yesterday. There was the annual croquet game against the Naval Academy (they won, apparently, the 6th time in like 31 years), there was the opening performance of the show that has been consuming my life for months, there were a metric fuckton of drunkards in Sakura, and basically all over Annapolis, nearly causing me to have a panic attack, and, um, other stuff. Yeah.
And a common thread between all those is Catherine, interestingly enough. Everyone should have a Catherine in their life.

You guys are way, way too kind. That was some drivel that came to me in an admittedly intoxicated state. But thank you all the same.
Truth be told, I’ve always wanted my two favorite characters to get together, but I also knew it would not make the least bit of sense. And so, in a moment of drunken silliness, inspired by stuff I’m currently reading, I realized that one perfect moment was all they would ever need. And of course it would be as he was dying, and she would never know the alternate reality in which they kicked ass and took names and chewed bubblegum and saved all the worlds.

Attention potential Phoenix Comicon Panelists
I need your email addresses. I’m trying to move us forward on this panel but I need an easier way to reach all of you, especially when you’re not on Tumblr.
Second, I’ve already been informed that seven panelists seems a bit high. It could potentially be worked out, but I’d prefer to take people from the list because they can’t make it, if possible. So what I will also need is a clear re-statement of intention as to whether you will be at the Con and if you’re still interested AND ABLE to being on the panel.

I guess character analysis can help with writing? And I doubt I would’ve been able to spend that time on my actual novel, since I’m at a bit of a block right now, but maybe other writing will help me get through that block?
