Gabriel García Márquez's brother confirms the author has dementia

As we suspected earlier, Gabriel García Márquez is in fact losing his memory. The Nobel Prize winner, affectionately known as Gabo, suffers from senile dementia, according to his brother Jaime García Márquez, who spoke yesterday in an academic conference in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia.
