Cardio Playlist I
Sometimes getting to the gym is tough. I’ve found that having a solid playlist that pumps you up can make all the difference. If you’re slacking on your fitness new years resolution, give a new playlist a try. Here’s my current upbeat, highly motivating, 10-track cardio playlist.
1. Steppin’ Up - M.I.A.
This track gives you a sense of power and preps you to take on the rest of your workout.

So now you’ve gotten a solid 4 minute warm up in…. it’s time to pick up the pace. I know most people don’t generally respect Ke$ha as a musician…. and I’m not asking you to! This track just makes me feel high on life, which in turn helps me pick up the pace. Do it. Let’s go.

3. Who’s That Chick? - Rihanna
Another feel good track so keep you motivated. Everytime this track comes on I just picture myself ripping it up on the dance floor with my girlfriends in that sexy black dress that I’m working towards squeezing myself into. Turn the volume up and increase the speed.

Healthy again
…And now it’s time to eat healthy again!!! Even though i do figure skating, dance and fitness my body won’t work without a healthy diet! Just found the Nice pro training app and it’s great! It gives you exercises while mixing a playlist and counting minutes! Really just an awesome free app. Can’t wait to go to the gym again :)
