It’s so hard to be on a diet, especially on your first days in.
I can’t work out as hard, although I did buy an ab wheel and a waist trimmer so I’m doing pretty intense core work. In any case as far as calorie burning I don’t burn even a quarter of what I did on the treadmill. This means I’m on a pretty low calorie diet and I’ve cut out carbs altogether. I really worry about my weight on a normal day, but imagine my complex while I’m on crutches.
So anyway, I’m happy because I feel pretty full with just two eggs scrambled, a dash of hot sauce and coffee. I’m pulling my eye balls out because Danielle left a box of Krispy Kreme out on the counter…only the best doughnut ever!!!
