So I was pulling the cookie tray out of the oven and my mom said “I love seeing you work in the kitchen, it makes me happy.”
Even though I was just baking pre-made cookies.
I think my mom is disappointed that my Italian cooking skills never really kicked in.
I could cook! I see loads of tasty veggie recipes and I can’t try any until Eilidh comes home at the weekend for fear of death by poisoning or fire, oh or inhalation of toxic fumes haha,
One day I shall have to grow up.
I’m being trusted to prepare potatoes tonight… oh god I’m going to cut off a finger or something.
Semi-barbecuing for my nieces and little sister? Idk, might burn the house down.
