This c span book tv I’m watching has a few minutes in the introduction of just silence, the speaker introducing this author is talking but there is no sound. No one told her and she made it to the air with that, talking but not being heard on the airwaves. It could be who the author is, a blonde lady who worships the founding fathers, or the fact she is speaking at the Calvin Coolidge library, one absurd detail following the other. She’s not really for one side or the other, but her tone of voice can be annoying to listen to. Hmmmm. So it goes.

This lecture over ethnically diverse communities is commenting on the “universality of hip hop.” The author referred to the artists as hip hoppers.

C Span, get your act together.

Cutting off the lady introducing a judge who wrote a book about the founding fathers is hardly acceptable (though pretty lulzy), but cutting off the woman who wrote a book about Margaret Sanger, the lady who basically started Planned Parenthood is not kosher.

Dwight D. Eisenhower Talks to the Nation about Desegregation in Arkansas

After the Supreme Court passed the Brown vs. Board of Education ruling in May of 1954, the NAACP registered nine students to attend Little Rock Central High in Little Rock, AR, in 1957. Many protested this move to desegregate the school leading the mayor of Little Rock, Woodrow Mann, to ask President Eisenhower to send federal troops to calm the riots and protect the students. On September 24, 1957, President Dwight D. Eisenhower addressed the nation and explained his decision to send the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army to Arkansas.

have u ever watched cspan though because we did for government class and the second guy to stand up literally makes a speech about some restaurant he like called lizard thicket for 5 minutes then at the end he goes god bless america we need to stop terrorism
