Sign up(AU) Digital Wars
There was a rather boring day in the main camp of the Guardians of Alaya. They settled near the limit between the industrial cities and the plains of the fourth layer of the Digital World.
In one part where resting the Generals of FireStorm, who where part of the Light Side, while the Espers, who belonged to the Dark Side, where near of them, but they didn’t get along too well.
Fye had no problems with Dante, who was an italian General who had Shoutmon as his partner, Theron was indiferent to him, but Sigrid was an asspain for Fye. Madeleine talked a lot with the norwegian General, who controlled Dorulumon, specially for commenting about how stupid where their allies.
“Well, maybe we have the same number of Guardians as Gaia, but seems that Yggdrasil left the stronger ones for her side.” Sigrid sighed, while she smoked a cigarette. The black haired girl wasn’t happy to be in the group that received the short end of the stick.
“Oh please, the war is only beginning, and all of the Espers are in the same power level.” Fye replied, finding that the norwegian General was being too bitchy. “We should show to the ones from Gaia that we are better.”
“That is easier said than done. Remember that in Gaia is that Tamer that planned most of the tactics that we used for taking down the IT-Sicherheitsagentur.” Madeleine commented. “And now he is one of our enemies, so I won’t be that arrogant, plus they got the Ancient Digimon as well.”
“I don’t care about that, we will show our guts to the bastards of Gaia!” A black haired boy from Italy replied. “Right Shoutmon?”
“Yeah, we will crush them!” The red dragon replied enthusiastically.
“Hey, don’t forget the Hell Patrols. Remember that guy who defeated us without lifting a finger? he was really scary.” A brunette boy from Greece, called Theron, added. “We are nothing against that Karel guy.”
Liberté, égalité, fraternité, ou la mort • @shogo--makishima
At first, when Makishima proposed her, Rikako was extremely surprised and actually it completely threw her off balance: they had never been in a true relationship, both her and the albino had always thought about themselves and their own enjoyment, and if something happened between them, they were just ‘isolated incident’, that, in the black-haired’s mind, meant something but were not that important to her.
It took her some time to make a decision, after all she was still extremely young, and what kind of couple they would have been? Makishima was a sociopath, Rikako knew of his relationship with Choe and the only interests they shared were the love for Shakespeare and art in general. He had never showed to her something that was even similar to love, and of course the young artist never did either.
Even though, when he proposed quoting both Hamlet and the Tempest (Doubt that the stars are fire, Doubt that the sun doth move his aides, Doubt truth to be a liar, But never doubt I love, and, in a note left in the book she was reading, I would not wish any companion in the world but you), in her heart Rikako had already made up her mind.
After some days, she decided to marry Makishima. Eventually they would have just killed each other, but in the mean time it was even possible for the two of them to live happily together, loving and hating each other.
From the moment that their decision to get married was, indeed, a very important one, also their honeymoon had to perfectly fulfill their strange kind of love, and, above all, their common dream: strange but true, Rikako and Shogo both agreed to spend their holiday in France, capital of art and homeland of several of their favorite artists.
The most difficult part had been to pass unnoticed by the street scanners, because even if the albino’s psycho-pass was always pure white, it could have been a problem with Rikako; though, also with the help of Choe Gu-Sung they managed somehow to reach the harbor. No need to say that Makishima made sure to travel in first class, and the two newlyweds fooled every control point with fake documents.
Indeed, it was incredibly funny for both of them.
Rikako decided to enjoy that travel without useless anxieties, and, truth to be told, she was finally unearthing a side of Makishima she had never knew before and, somehow, she was happy about it. With a joyful smile on her face, she held the partner’s hand while visiting the ship, ignoring all the people looking at them: probably she seemed much more like a little sister, but the girl didn’t care about their thoughts.
She took a guidebook from her bag and opened it, showing the page to Shogo. “We have lots of museums to see there. And I want to go to Versailles too, it’s not far from Paris”. She skimmed through the book’s pages, Rikako also prepared some kind of artistic itinerary, in order to visit the same places where her favorite artists lived. “And it’s going to be the French Revolution anniversary too. I didn’t know they still celebrated it”. It must have been incredible to be on Paris on that day, 14th July, 1789.
