so after reading that quentyn theory i found myself digging through westeros.org’s theory boards (this has always been the best part of westeros.org, i do have to give them that — elio in particular is really good at putting tiny bits of the series together to make larger currents take shape)

and apparently a lot of people think the children of the forest fed jojen to bran as a human sacrifice in Bran III

that i will probably reread that chapter later today to see what i think
