The little man is getting ALL of the husband's toys.
I already showed you my husband’s vintage Fisher-Price toys that we are giving the little guy for his birthday. And, it appears as though it has evoked certain memories in many of you, how do I put it, ehhh, more life-experienced tumblrs like myself.
There is one more thing that we are giving him. And again, this came at no cost to us. We had some toys r us reward dollars that were going to expire, so when I saw this, I had to get it.
To give a little background, my husband loves Harleys. From afar that is. He’s never owned one and I’m not sure if he’s even ever ridden on one. But, he has this dream of one. However, I hate motorcycles. I think they are dangerous and no matter how careful the cyclist is, I could never trust anyone else on the road. So, long before we got married, my husband was aware that although I don’t believe in divorce, a motorcycle mat just be grounds for one. So, this last gift may just invoke certain emotions in my husband.
How cool is that though? I couldn’t resist.
I never thought it could be possible to go overboard on a birthday without spending a dime, other than on a card and cake, but we may just have done it. And I wonder why we have too much stuff in this house…
