Good morning! So I just finished day 3 of Back on Point November…and man let me tell you, WOO! I’m already feeling like my body is working off a great energy. It’s showing me how much shape I need to get back into. This is a great regimen because you do different exercises everyday, and you have a plethora to choose from. Therefore, your body won’t feel like it’s doing the same thing everyday. And at any time you feel it’s necessary, you can modify it to your own challenge.
Today I did LEGS (the Your Best Butt bullet):

And then after that was the High Intensity Interval Training (I did the one for beginners):

Talk about exhausted…but I feel really excellent! Don’t sleep, these workouts are tremendous and WILL have you out of breath. I feel better doing this workout regimen in the morning, shortly after I wake up so it can give me a boost to my day. Don’t forget ladies to drink PLENTY of water the entire day…your body has to be hydrated; very key. And eating well compliments your working out. I think next week, I’m going to post pics. Give thanks….peace.

Workout Day 2 (Nov. 2, 2012)
OMG TODAY WAS SO TOUGH THAT I AM HAPPY WITH WHAT I DID. I WOKE UP EXTREMELLLLLYYYYY SORE. MY GROIN AREA AND MY LOWER BACK AND LEGS FRIGGGIN KILLLLLLLED ME THIS WHOLE DAY. BUT YA WANNA KNOW SOMETHING? I PUSHED THROUGH IT! GOSH DAMN DO I WANT MY DREAM BODY.
I did the Plyometric tthgCardio Circuit and it’s like I died and came back to life. It was SOOOOOOO DIFFICULT :( I am so out of shape and my endurance sucks, but I am so ready to push through it. I have to push myself harder because there were times today where I really gave up. I DIDN’T DO AS BEST AS I COULD BUT I DID TRY AND PUSH MYSELF SOMEWHAT! Proud of myself for that!
I also did this:

AND MY LEGS ARE ABOUT TO FALL OFF. THEY HURT SO BAD, BUT IT’S OKAY. WOO! NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO TOMORROW -_____- lol
HOWEVER, I’M HAPPY I STILL DID BOTH THINGS :D

Workout Day 1 (Nov. 1, 2012)
YAY! FINALLY RE-STARTED INSANITY!!! I AM SO HAPPY!!!!
Not gonna lie, the first Fit Test again was extremely difficult! :(
BUT I DIDN’T ONLY DO THE FIT TEST!! I ALSO DID THE NOVEMBER CHALLENGE

I only did one rotation of each:

But I haven’t been able to get to the gym or exercise in the past few days besides the walking I did due to Hurricane Sandy :(
I FEEL GOOD THOUGH AND CAN’T WAIT TO PUSH IT EVEN HARDER TOMORROW :D

BoP:November Day 16
I had to skip evening workout yesterday due to extremely busy schedule, so I did only 20 minutes in the morning. But today I’m back on track!
Here it is. In the morning I did workout four from Morning Workouts list+Cardio four from Slayer list+The world fastest workout.
And this is what I’ve finished few minutes ago. It took me one hour (+3 minutes stretching)

Back on POINT November 4, 2012
Peace good people! Alright, so today is day 4 of this November: Back on Point challenge. And it just keeps getting better. I’m doing the Extreme Edition (do what works best for you; since I’m already a little bit physically active, the extreme edition suits my capabilities). If you have not started yet, I encourage you to get started TODAY. It’s never too late folks…trust me, your body will appreciate it.
So today, on my calendar, I did Abs (1-2-3 Ab Workout)

And let me tell you, THIS workout will definitely tone your core. Especially the hard to reach lower abs. I thought I overcame when I did this one until I did my next challenge…General (Whole Body Workout)

Seriously, to call this a challenge is an understatement. This entire regimen had me out of breath and sweating. During the exercise, you feel like you want to stop, but WHAT FOR!? Keep going! And now that I’ve finished, I feel so great, like I can feel the endorphins thanking me for allowing them to flutter throughout my brain lol. Anyway, I’m sure most of you know this, but the music you play can have a tremendous impact on your workouts. I like to listen to dubstep, dancehall reggae, or even house music. Music that is upbeat helps to take my mind off what’s going on and actually pumps me up to keep going. So find some good music that can work for you!
I’ve said this before, I’ll say it again DRINK WATER! I drank 3 cups throughout this entire workout and am now drinking my 4th. It’s important to increase your intake of water throughout the day because as you workout, your body requires more of it to replenish and hydrate itself. This is so key, I cannot emphasize this enough. Also, be mindful of the food you eat. Food also has a lot to do with recovery in between sets, after workouts, and before. After all is said and done, I really hope more women are encouraged to continue with this challenge. I’m telling my girlfriends to do the same…what are we waiting for?! Remember, health is wealth! Peace and give thanks.

November Fitness Challange.
So i have found myself eating and feeling like shit lately. Today i was browsing around on Pinterest and found this awesome blog Back On Pointe. She posts monthly challanges and has different workouts to go with the challanges ! So sitting there looking through ALL of the workouts got me kind of anxious… Thinking… can i do these? WILL i do these? And I have decided that the answer is yes and yes !! Also I HAVE TO DO THEM !! I need to get my butt (and whole body) in shape. So I now have a plan !! Starting tomorrow I am going to take on the November Challange and blog about it each day. I dont think that I will do the before and after thing.. Well maybe I will but not until the end when I like the way I lookk !! I hope I can get myself to remember to blog each day, that might be the hardest part. :) Well I suppose I should eat all the Halloween candy that I can tonight because once tomorrow hits… NO MORE JUNK FOOD (well maybe not noooo more.. just MUCH less). Until tomorrow ! <3
General
My sides are still sore, I feel it when I twist my torso. Its been 3 days now. A magical change is happening :oFit Elise started following me :D 2 magical things in one day. Woop!
Day 5
Well, I didn’t blog yesterday because quite frankly it was heck. But I did work out, and I was glad I did. Today is day 15 of my personal fitness overhaul, even though it’s only day 5 of BoP’s November calendar. That’s a 15-day unbroken streak. I know it sounds sad, but I’ve never gone this long with a fitness routine. Huge props to BoP.
Yesterday I changed my mind about my workouts in the interest of time. I did Intense Abs and Workout One on the One-Song Workouts. I only had about 20 minutes, so unfortunately I didn’t do as much as I wanted to.
Today I was really excited and relieved to only have to pick a cardio routine. I’m starting to ache and I’m behind on sleep (as always) so I was super lazy and picked a routine that I could do once through, and that was it. (Killer Kardio) That being said, I felt guilty enough to add one Morning Workout (#3) just because I felt like doing the cardio once through wasn’t enough.
I think the best part of this calendar is the accountability. Pick a workout from this list. Seems straightforward enough. But I’ve noticed that if I pick beginner workouts, or don’t push myself as hard as I know I can, then I notice a difference in my attitude. I don’t want to work out as much, because I’m not getting the same results. So I’ve called today a rest day and I’m going to kick it into gear for Day 6, so that I can stay motivated. Tomorrow’s workout is Legs and Challenge; perfect for getting my butt in motion!
