I'm curious, what inspired you to write this book/ the poems that are in the book? if you don't mind me asking.

Hi lovely. My book Love & Misadventure was written over several years and like the title, it’s basically inspired by Love & Misadventure. It’s about the relationships I’ve had and struggled with on my way to finding true love. I think there are some pieces in there that are light and carefree, which I wrote when I was very young and naive. Then it ranges to really dark and sad pieces I wrote when my heart was broken. Writing was always a way for me to make sense of the emotional mess I carried with me, it always seemed to lighten the heavy stuff a little. I poured my heart and soul into this book and I really hope I was able to describe the intricacies of love and loss and do some justice to those very complex emotions. x
