What kind of personalities do you have? I mean, do they have names?
You can’t compare it to what my boyfriend deals with at all. 99% of the time I’m fully aware of what I do, I just can’t act/behave any other way. They do have names and live their own lives in my head (not irl) but other than that they’re really just a part of me.
The real me doesn’t even exist anymore tbh. I’d say I died with my first suicide attempt.
