Bolliwood.

My boyfriend and I love Indian food. We’ve been to quite a few Indian restaurants and I have to say, it’s hard to find a really good one! The latest one we’ve been to is Bolliwood (we’ve been to both Takapuna and Ponsonby) and it was disappointing. No food photos from our dinner either.

Waiters were inattentive even though the place wasn’t busy.
They ran out of drinks we wanted. At least their Mango Lassi was decent.
Cutlery came after all our food. They probably forgot because we had to ask for them.
The curries are 70% sauce and 30% meat. Hmmm.
And the worst, I specifically ordered my curry MILD (because I cannot eat spicy food) and it was not mild at all. Mine was hotter than Lewis’ and his curry was medium. WTF.

Maybe I should go back to ordering Butter Chicken, the safest curry ever. Hahaha. Nah, not keen. Needless to say, we’re not going back there again. I wish they didn’t replace Palace of India.
