about cooking with wine, is drinking it while cooking.

Cooking at it’s finest. Oh, and none of that cheap Sherry stuff either.

Of course, then you enjoy a glass of Redbreast after dinner while reading your newest Harry Dresden book and attempt to be distracted by that universe.
