Michelle Featherstone - Careful

A breath of elegant sophistication: that’s how I would describe Michelle Featherstone. It’s really unfortunate that not a lot of people have heard about her, but I guess that’s what music blogs, such as mine, are here for: to share and celebrate new and interesting artists. This England-native has every bit the musical talent and eloquent songwriting as any of the mainstream artists our there and even more. She is one of those artists that you hear on TV shows (such as How I Met Your Mother). However, unless you are a dedicated fan who likes to analyze (maybe even over analyze, in my case) every episode, you might not catch up on her beautiful songs. Give a listen to her 2009 album Blue Bike if you are looking for a beautiful album to set your mind at ease to.
