There's a shirt from Hot Topic called "Spin Doctor Jabot Ruffle Shirt" and although I think it's supposed to be more of a steampunk look, I was wondering if it would work in a gothic lolita coord?

I think it actually looks surprisingly nice. I think it could work. The only thing I would personally do to it is maybe add something to the collar. A bow or a brooch or something that matches the coord, just because the neck looks a little plain.
