The astronomical vastness of space and time humbles me to a speck of awareness in an interconnected ocean of light. Do you have any idea what the universe has gone through for you to be here? Endless subatomic particles have danced in unison to create everything. You are a drop of water in the ocean of life. Cosmic waves are moving through and around you.
It is an ever-lasting miracle, unfolding eternally.
Everything just is.
With is-ness comes an infinite number of possibilities…
Here comes the illusion of me floating along…
…in a buffet of colors
…this thing we call life.
My sense of self is grabbing on to these colors to make sense of anything. Passing by in this reality, only to melt and dissolve back to where everything belongs. Is ness.
Right now, the universe is expanding and becoming more aware of itself. It’s you, me, and everything, right here, right now.
This moment. Nirvana.

BL§§D ØU† vs. †‡† (SuperSuper #24)
Dark dance artists and keen ‘90s enthusiasts both, NYC-based BL§§D ØU† (i.e. ‘Blissed Out’) and †‡† (‘Ritualz’) from Mexico City are currently working on an upcoming joint release together (expect grinding ‘90s trance vybz aplenty!) So, who better to interview them than… well, each other?
B: So, what’s up with this record you and I are working on?
R: It’s pretty rad. It’s only been a couple of months since we started working on it, and already the sound is way more brutal, in a rave sense. It’s probably going to be even sicker when we start working on it for real, don’t you think?
B: Definitely. I really love your new EP, Ghetto Ass Witch – you took it to another level by incorporating more elements of black metal, hip-hop and club music. What’s really exciting me about our record is that it’s based on these types of music… it’s more built for clubs than anywhere else.
I'm in a blissed out mood tonight.
When I wake up tomorrow morning, I’m going to be a year older. So tonight I’m going to dance around in my jammies, eat brownies, and tumble. Like adults do.
Also at work this evening a patron that I worked with for about an hour gave me a really nice compliment, and then the history major kid that’s been flirting with me flirted with me some more. So all in all, it was a pretty nice night at the library.
