Instead of returning home for the break, Sydney had taken off backpacking through Europe the moment her exams had finished. She had been abroad for less than a week thus far, but she was already enjoying the freedom to do what she wanted whenever she wanted without anyone holding her back. She enjoyed the quiet of traveling alone and being able to change her travel plans on a whim.
After spending a couple of days in Ireland, Sydney took a train to London. When she arrived, she checked into a hostel, stored what little luggage she carried, and wandered down the road. Though she was exhausted, it was still fairly early in the night, and Sydney did not want to spend her first hours in London asleep. She could at least have one drink before she turned in for the night and explored the tourist sites tomorrow.
Sydney entered the pub on the corner, enjoying the dim but pleasant atmosphere. It was comfortably crowded, and Sydney took a seat at the bar. She was a couple of days shy of twenty-one, but it fortunately didn’t matter on this side of the ocean. She ordered herself a glass of whiskey and looked around the room to people watch and idly eavesdrop on conversations.

Sydney had donned Justin’s jacket over her gauzy white dress. His sleeves were too long for her arms, so she scrunched the fabric up around her wrists so she could hold Justin’s hand while they walked along the beach. After knowing each other for only three weeks, Sydney hadn’t been more sure of anything in her life. A quick ceremony on the beach was just irresponsible enough to be perfect for them.
She took a sip of the half empty bottle of champagne in her hand, and then squeezed Justin’s hand a little more tightly so she could feel his ring pressing against her skin.
Romance || Lustin
Logan had tried to go beyond what Justin expected for tonight, and as he surveyed his room, he considered that he may have overdone it. He lit candles around his room and sprinkled flower petals across new sheets on his bed, wanting everything to be perfect for their second first time together. Even if they had slept together already, no one had ever given Logan a second chance before, and he wanted Justin to know how important this was to him. For him, it sort of felt like the first time, except where he had pushed Justin so much more before, now he was wearing his heart on his sleeve.
A few minutes before seven, Logan sat down on his bed, running his hands through the flower petals and waiting for Justin.

Charlie was chilling out in his room alone, book balanced above his head as he read. His roommates had, as usual, vacated the room as they did most days, leaving him alone to do whatever he wanted in peace. He was wearing a simple pair of jeans and a long sleeved shirt as it was chilly out, phone resting beside him after reading Justin’s last text, waiting for the other boy to arrive.
Okay, he might have been a little pissed at getting blown off for Logan the other night when he was just worried about Justin doing something stupid when he said he wanted to die—aka, his mind immediately jumped to the thoughts of the Brit downing alcohol with his meds—and decided he couldn’t really hold it against him when Justin was trying to make up for it. Even though he had a lot of questions as to why Justin wanted to get drunk in the first place.
Maybe Sydney was pregnant and he wasn’t dealing well.
Or maybe he was just being reckless.
Charlie didn’t know. But he planned on finding out.
Hatchets and Chess
Spencer went to his room, and packed his bag. He put in it his chess set, and his Monet mug. He stood there, staring for awhile, almost contemplating his next move. Finally, he scooped up Wilhelm and placed him in the bag as well. He texted Justin before he headed up to the red floor.
Justin//Spencer: After dinner
Spencer made his way up to the red floor, after mustering down some soup. Spencer loved food too much for his stomach to be at ease, but it was, and that was a part of life. Before heading to Justin’s room, Spencer lingered at Logan’s old door. He pushed off it when the screams started. ”Everything is fine…” Spencer muttered. He limped towards Justin’s door. His cane had become somewhat of a security blanket. He still clutched on it. Spencer slowly knocked on Justin’s door.

Laura cradled the baby in her good arm before heading up to Justin’s room. It was crying and she didn’t know what to do. Considering Justin basically raised her, he would know what to do right. Once outside his door rather than knocking (since both hands were occupied) Laura began yelling over the robo-baby’s cries.
“Justin! Help me!”
What?! ~ Justin
Justin sat there in shock at his computer, looking at the words from Dalton’s administration. He sat there stupidly, everything around him blurring. One self-evaluation had changed everything:
We no longer are worried about your mental health and you have been given the all clear. You will meet with your therapist at 10am tomorrow morning to discuss going home.
Home. He could go home.
But Laura. And Logan. Charlie, Spencer, even Sydney… What was happening to them?
How could he could straight from Red to colorless? It didn’t make sense. He thought they would move him down a level or two, keep an eye on him for another few months…
He’s have to tell the therapists about his breakdown. They might make him stay in Blue for a little while longer.
Where was he going to go? He couldn’t go back to England. He couldn’t go to his parents, they’d just drive him as mad as they day he got here.
And he couldn’t leave Logan, not after all this.
