Two essays and I'm done with my major requirements...

…I don’t know if I can so easily give up my love affair with anthropology…I think I need to anthropologize all the things.

I want anthropology to become the standard to which K-12 social studies classes are measured against. No more of this Western monopoly in US education.

And no more world history classes that begin in Mesopotamia and only move west and end in the US.

I’m in a bittersweet mood right now and just had to get that scramble out.

So, how about it? How about a holistic approach to human civilization in K-12 education? Who’s with me?
