Ben's
Heya! Here is my separate entry for Ben’s.
Finding a good restaurant here in Malaysia is not as easy as counting one, two, three…hehehe..especially, we are not familiar with what’s hot and what’s not to check in this place. So not to waste our money we always go into the places that are internationally known and ones we can find as well in Philippines such as T.G.I.Fridays, Nando’s, Tony Roma’s, and the likes.
Last Saturday, we want to try something new with a fine dining feel. Sayang naman ang dress up kung sa food court hehehe! First, I told them to try looking at Star Hill Gallery the building in front Pav where Sephora is in. To our astonishment the high end brands were flashing left and right but we still try to check out the restaurants. Sadly, it was way out of our budget even Jogoya the Japanese buffet restaurant was not offering any promotion.
We head back to Pavilion to check Ate Lorie’s suggestion which is Ben’s. She knew about it because she saw people pile up to dine in here at KLCC. When we saw their menu..budget? Check!

Ben’s offer an extensive menu you might spend 10 -15 minutes to pick up your choice. They have salads, sandwiches, pies, pasta, steak and some local dishes. But the most wide variant was their Pasta selection. The food costs an average of 20RM and drinks ranges from 5RM - 10RM. A pretty good deal considering the size of their serving. The bowl of pasta is definitely good for 2 persons. We ordered each a bowl of pasta…ending we have take away boxes…hahaha!!

We ordered Beef Bolognese, Creamy Tomato, Carbonara, Mushroom Lasagna, and Beef Lasagna. The Beef Lasagna is awesome! :) A must try as well is The Ben’s Chocolate Cake. This dessert is a moist chocolate cake with flowing chocolate sauce. Yummy!
But my most favorite thing about this place is their Table Topics box. This little yellow box has Q cards of interesting topics. No more awkward silence or dull dead air on your dining table.
I will definitely visit this place again :)
